This may be caused by certain factors:
- The printer has not been cleaned for a long time
- Printing on more cards than the cleaning cycle allows
- A faulty printer head
- Or even a foreign body on the printer head
- Impact on the print head
Make sure your printer head and printer are clean.

Use the Evolis
A5011 cleaning kit, and pay special attention to the printing
head. If the problem persists, print out a technical test card and contact your Seller to have the head changed.
