These two warning lights have two functions
1. to tell the user that the printer hood is open.
2. to
report an encoding error. If these two warning lights stay on, it is possible
that the hood or magnetic encoder detection is causing a problem.
INSTRUCTIONS
Remove the ribbon installed in the printer to ensure that it is
not covering the sensors.
Make sure the printer is connected and turned on.
Then eliminate all printing jobs present in the queue and ensure
that the data you wish to encode correspond to ISO standards.
If you are still experiencing issues,
please clean
