Plastic card colour printing is very slow when sharing with HP printers.

In certain situations, printing is seen to be much too slow with respect to normal printing. Certain peripherals such as scanners or ink-jet printers use softwares that constantly seek the parallel body. It is therefore difficult for information to cross to the printers. This external software bidirectional connection function must therefore be confirmed.

Procedure for confirming the bidirectional communication option of HP DeskJet printers.

1. Open the HP toolbox

Click on "About"

Hold down CTRL and double click on the printer image.

A new window will appear (maybe behind the one already open), click on "Continue".

Select HP I/O and click on 'Suppress HP I/O'
