ID Card Printer FAQ Pebble

My film is frequently cut.

If your film is frequently cut, it might be too hot or the offset parameters might have been changed.

Open the driver parameters Graphic section and then More options.

Make sure all the parameters are set to 10 by default. If this is the case, open the dialogue window with the printer then send the command Stt.

The printer will give you a test card containing the offset values Then contact your Evolis Repair Centre to make sure that these values are indeed the default values.
