What type of contact chip can be encoded?

The models fitted with a contact station (Pebble Smart, Dualys Smart and Quantum Smart) allow the chip contacts in the printer to be deported to an external connector.

In no case may these printers encode a smart card. Therefore, you must attach a connector between the printer and the exterior connector of the printer. Only the coupling unit can encode the chip. This coupling unit will generally be delivered by your smart card supplier.
